Create text notes that are password-protected (PPTF).

NoteBook is a simple notepad like the default Windows one, but unlike the latter, it can save plain text notes with password protection. That is, NoteBook generates text files in PPTF (Password Protected Text File) format.

Thus NoteBook lets you store on your Windows simple text notes, confidential information, or private things, which you can only open using the password assigned, along with the NoteBook program itself, or with a program that supports the PPTF format.

Moreover, NoteBook is a very simple, very small program which allows you to configure the basic appearance, and you can download it for free.
